First Time Users' Guide

Below is a step-by-step guide to accessing our space.

Membership

Your $10 annual membership provides you with the opportunity to book space and rent gear. It also gives you voting rights at our Annual General Meeting. Not sure if you're already a member? Email [email protected] and we can check for you.

Once you are a member, you will receive an email with details on how to book an orientation session.

Orientation

Once you are a member, you will receive an email with details on how to book an orientation session. We need to know who is using our space. An orientation allows us to meet you in person and walk you through how to use our facilities safely and securely.

Orientations only take about 15mins and can be arranged anytime during regular office hours.

If you are already a member and haven't received an email to book an orientation session, email [email protected].

Account

After you've attended an orientation session, you'll be invited to create an account that will allow you to book our space online. You'll need to provide us with your name and email address to complete this process.

Book

Once your account is set up you can book rehearsal space here.

Choose the date and time, pay via credit card, and you're all set! You'll receive a booking confirmation email with instructions on how to access the building during the session.
